Need Quickbooks Sixbit set up on Godaddy WINDOWS VDS

I have a godaddy virtual dedicated server (windows based), with plesk control panel. I need the server set up so that I might host sixbit and quickbooks on it, and be able to access from home or anywhere else. From what I understand MSSQL 2008 should be installed on the server for Sixbit to work, as well as Sixbit's "agent" (see details). Only then should my Sixbit database be placed on the server.
