Hi there, Can someone help us setting up Microsoft Lync online? We already have O365 and we using it for our organization. However the core purpose of getting Lync online is to integrate with voIP where we can receive calls on virtual DIDs in different locations. So our customers can cal those DIDs and call will come to our various ring groups and any staff can pick up the call and answer customer's query based on what number is dialed and which ring groups are to ring. In other words we need to get a proper VoIP solution through Microsoft Lync in our business now. Thanks Sunny
