Determine optimal Officer Salary vs Dividend Distribution for Single Member C Corp to reduce taxes

I am the owner of a C-Corp. There is currently one employee, and I will be adding myself as the second employee. My understanding that the two ways I can access money from the C-Corp are a) by paying myself a dividend and b) by paying myself a salary. I'd like you to determine the optimal balance (that I should pay myself X as salary and withdraw Y as dividends) so that the total tax I am paying is minimized. You must incorporate things such as payroll tax, state+local taxes, retirement contributions, my wive's W2 compensation (we are married filing jointly)...amongst any other factors that I'm sure I am missing.
