Create an explanatory Animation/Video for a Kickstarter campaign

The campaign is about 3d printing, please look at the attached files for more info. The idea is that, the machine changes and new stuff gets put on it, sort of as an upgrade... Please use this image as a reference [login to view URL] I would also need help figuring out how the finished product will look like, so I need the help of someone who is very talented in graphic design. This is just a presenting or explanatory video, it will present the company and the product. With voice over and with the possibility to translate to several languages. The script and dialog will also need to be produced. The winner of this project will have to work in tandem with one or more other freelancers. Since a campaign similar to this only lasts 30 days, so it's very important to me, that the freelancer is able to understand marketing strategies for a campaign like this. Id like to see the name Petricor, And it's definition. Under that it's Open House (the name of the project) COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT! First milestone will be expected to be reached within 7 days, I expect the project to be fully completed within a month if possible... Anyway please let me know if there are any more questions.
