Do some 3D Modelling

Attached is our rendered map for Valencia Estates – flat view. To give a good eye-view to current homeowners as to the future developments of ABCI in the particular site, we will conduct a briefing. This briefing aims to enable them to appreciate these new developments and more particularly, recognize the distance from their current residences to the proposed memorial park. We're looking for an animator who can make us a 3-D presentation of the map to be presented in video form (maximum 2 minutes) and printed material. With the attach map we hope the animator can make the houses, buildings, trees “grow”. More particularly, 1. There will be houses in Residential 1 (there are 4 lots with houses). Please validate Block and Lot 2. Commercial area will have a gasoline shop and coffee shop. Please validate Block and Lot 3. Commercial area will have the sales office. Please validate Block and Lot 4. Residential 2 will have socialized housing. Get photos of row houses same as Mt. View perspective 5. Institutional Block will have buildings for schools and government center 6. Neighborhood Commercial will have 2-storey commercial buildings for rent , arcade-type 7.
