3D Animation in ASP.NET MVC Core POC

We need to integrate what you will build, to an existing Web app (built as a Proof of Concept) developed in ASP.NET MVC Core using latest MS Vis Studio. We have a rectangular block of metal structure made of steel angle bars, that is about 200 ft high, with a base about 3x4ft. It is fixed at base and carries a thin cylindrical disc at the top. Various physical loads it carries, strong winds, earthquakes etc. can bend or deform it in various directions and angles from its normal true vertical position. We need you to represent its actual orientation in space in 3D. We have a device that is giving us 9 DOF data, Roll, Pitch & Heading also giving us twist angle from a base axis. This device is sitting on the disc at the top & is permanently mounted to it. This info is only for your knowledge, but has no bearing on the web app you will build. The raw or finished data or any other data you need will be supplied to you on request by you, via numeric variables in real-time. Please provide the requirements with your response. We have some example videos below (we found on youtube, not ours, just for your reference) that may be able to give better visuals of what may happen to the disc only due to various loads. The videos show extremes whereas in our case the deviations will be small. The type of sensor used in videos is the same as what we are using in terms of data output, except that the rate of change of data will be very small in our case. The vertical structure (not just the disc) will need to be shown to be twisted against its fixed base as per the data provided to your app. We do not have any images, but can direct you to some examples, on your request. Your coding will be in MS Vis Studio latest version as a .NET MVC Core web app or something that will work seamlessly & flawlessly with it. The developed code & any other peripherals of complete solution you provide, will become our property with no encumbrances to any other party. If you need to use any non MS libraries, get our approval first & source code will need to be provided. You need to provide complete source-code with comments, description with every submission. If milestone payments are desired, please submit a timeline. No upfront payment will be made. Each milestone payment will require the submission of complete source code to that date for review by us, before payment release.
