Projects - Scorpio platform-New Refresh(w105), Scorpio platform- US Pickup(w408), LCV platform -Maximo. • Scorpio Refresh (Ongoing)-System leader for Instrument Panel & other interior trim systems. • Scorpio US (Pick Up)- o Interior Trims-Systems- IP child parts (Glove Box, Driver Panel, Steering shroud, bezel cluster) & Roof Grab Handle,. o Exterior Trims- Front Grill • Maximo (LCV)- o Interior Trims- Roof Lining, Roof Grab Handle. o Exterior Trims-Front Grill Mesh. Projects - Heavy Commercial Vehicle 1210 Platform , EX3 (New CABIN Design with World truck BIW), World Truck. • HCV 1210 Platform - o New Instrument cluster Panel & Steering Shroud design. o Design/Modifications on BIW & trim parts for regular concern resolution. o Cluster visibility study in CAD & proto sample trial of new steering & instrument cluster. o Lead Engineer for conversion of all manual & CATIA V4 data to CATIA V5 cad data for all variants & migration into Team centre. • HCV-EX3 (New CABIN Design with World truck BIW)- o Concept design for Roof lining, Instrument panel/child parts, pillar trims , occupant birth. • World Truck - o Cluster visibility study for driver for all 9 steering column positions in CATIA & RAMSIS( ergonomic software).
