The Ministry of Science and ICT of South Korea conducted in June 2018 a spectrum auction for 3500Mhz and for 28GHz spectrum. We are looking for a freelancer with very good Korean language knowledge to (1) find the unformation memorandum, the auction rules and the licence conditions on the webpage of the ministry, (2) push the found documents through googletranslate that we get certaint that the correct documents were found and (3) conducts a proper translation of the documents if correct documents were found.
