Customization to a Tumblr site

Hi, My organization is going to launch a tumblr presence at the beginning of April, for a project we are doing for National Poetry Month. We want some customizations done to the free template we choose. You can see it at hiphopcaucus.tumblr.com. Specifically: - We want to match the colors exactly to our logo. The red to be the maroon of the logo, the green to be the dark, dark green of the wreath in our logo, and we maybe want to change the beige background to white. - We want to add our logo somewhere in the header (the red part) - We want to adjust the font where it says: "A Project of Hip Hop Caucus for National Poetry Month", so it is a little more legible. - We'd like to delete the "A them by" at the bottom, it is just so big. Let me know if you are able to do this, and how long it will take. My sense is this would be a very short project, things you could complete in an hour or so. But let me know.
