Wordpress blog update(repost)

Custom-designed Wordpress blog at www. employmentblawg.com. Looking for some improvements/changes, but not sure original designer will be available. Requires significant, demonstrated Wordpress, graphic design, and layout experience. (1) Invited to join blog network requiring placement of certain size and shape ads. This will require some design changes. 728 x 90 leaderboard ad requires changing header to make it fit without eating up much more space above first post. Also need to incorporate either 160 x 600 or 300x250 ad space, at least partially "above the fold." (2) Wondering about "widgetizing" sidebar to make it easier to make changes myself and take advantage of new widget designs. (3) There are some minor differences between appearance in Firefox, which I use, and IE, which most readers use. Seems more optimized for Firefox. Would like it to work better in IE. (4) May want more contemporary header using somewhat more casual color photo of me. May come up with a few others we can price as add-ons. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional updated working Wordpress theme. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
