We're looking for a talented and dedicated Video Editor who can take our provided scripts and voiceovers and turn them into dynamic, engaging videos for our viewers. Responsibilities: 1. Create engaging video content using provided scripts and voiceovers. 2. Source appropriate footage, graphics, and images to bring our scripts to life. This includes royalty-free stock footage, creative commons video clips, and other media that fits within YouTube's content guidelines. 3. Edit video content to a high standard, including but not limited to color grading, sound editing, and visual effects. 4. Work in a timely manner to meet deadlines and upload schedules. 5. Maintain the tone and style of the channel in every video produced. 6. Continually optimize content based on performance data and feedback. 7. Adhere to all copyright and fair use laws. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Video Editor (please provide a portfolio or links to your previous work). 2. Proficiency in major digital editing software packages (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro). 3. Experience sourcing and editing stock footage into cohesive video narratives. 4. Strong sense of pacing, sound, and timing in video editing. 5. Familiarity with YouTube's platform, including content guidelines and SEO. 6. Creativity and a keen eye for detail. 7.
