Video Editor & Footage Creator for YouTube Channels

First, thank you so much for checking out this job posting! For this video editing position, I'd like to find someone who could also create the video footage to be used as well. For example, we do a lot of review videos of various digital products/software, such as VPNs, Website Builders, Hosting Companies, Email Responders and so on. Ideally, I'd love to be able to give you the audio file, and then you could create whatever video clips you need of yourself using the product to fit what's being said in the audio. For example, if we're doing a review of a VPN and we're explaining how to choose a favorite VPN, then you'd create a video clip showing that feature of the VPN to match the audio. For other parts of the audio it might make sense to just get footage from the company website. For example, if the audio is talking about how a particular VPN has several thousand severs in several countries, you could create some video footage of you scrolling down the page on their website that shows where all their servers are located and in what countries. EXAMPLE Here's an example of what I'm looking for: [login to view URL] JOB DESCRIPTION - Create video footage to be used that will match or go along with audio - Edit all video footage to create a final video we can upload to YouTube - Be able to add text boxes (or lower third) at least two times during each video FAQ Q: How many videos do you need edited? A: About 1 per day, however it might be slower starting out if we need to give feedback/have edits made, etc. Q: Will I be given access to any software I'd be using? A: For some videos, yes. For others we may have you take advantage of a free trial. Q: I REALLY REALLY REALLY want this position... is there anything I can do? A: Actually there is. You're certainly welcome to do a 'test project' where I will give you an audio to work on and I can see how you do. I'll probably try to find a shorter video to work on (ie. 3-4 minutes). Let me know what your rate or what the cost would be and that way, if you 'pass' the test project I'll be more than happy to pay you for it. But if it doesn't work out, then I don't have any cost other than my time. The point here is that there are things you can do/say to make it really hard for me 'not' to give you a chance. For example, if you said something like: "I'd really love to do this type of work and I think I'd be great at it. I'm more than willing to do a test project. Just send me the audio file and I'll take care of the rest. I'll make sure it looks as good or better than the example you provided in your job post." If someone writes me a message like that... and their rate is reasonable. I like rate per video minute b/c someone might charge $10/hr and be twice as fast as someone who charges $5/hr.
