Adobe Encore Professional Required

We have a simple Adobe Encore project that we require help with. The project is output as a DVD with multiple .VOB files with linking .BUP and .IFO files. In the current format, the DVD does not play on Windows XP machines but will play on DVD sets, and pcs running Windows 7. We are looking for an Adobe Encore professional that can provide assistance and advice to help us export this project in a format that will run on computers (Windows XP and Windows 7) and also DVD sets. If necessary we will embed a media player on the DVD - but will need advice on achieving this through Adobe Encore. As this project is a support and advice project, there will be no deliverables as such. You must be able to communicate in English via Skype and or telephone. This project is time sensitive and you must be available to start work quickly from the time the project is awarded.
