Our organisation provides live streaming of political events in germany. During wait times, while we are not broadcasting live we want to show a video clip, containing our animated logo added with some sound effects, which are entertaining but not annoying. we need 2 clips. #1 has to last 3-10 seconds, as an intro just before we switch to live #2 has to last at least 30 seconds, which can be played in endless loop and containes some instrumental (no lyrics) music and is designed to have some text added at the bottom for further announcements. any kind of used graphic elements or sound effects have to be proven to be of open or CC licence. The designer will be held responsible for any kind of copyright violations you will be provided with our 2D logo in vector format the clips have to be provided at the format 16:9 AND 4:3 with a width of at least 800 pixels in high quality (at least 500kbps) Bidders are asked to present samples of previous work to watch at youtube or comparable sites.
