My name is Maria, I’m a very detail oriented Virtual Assistant.
I studied communications and I worked in Call Centers for 7 years, started as Customer Service Specialist phone calls, chat support and email management, got promoted many times until I became a Trainer.
I have also provided Interpretation and Translation services for Insurance Companies in the United States.
Two years ago I started working as Community Specialist for Forbes USA, managing their Facebook Groups, then I started working as a freelancer Virtual Assistant and I have performed many administrative tasks such as Data Entry, Calendar, Email and Social Media management, hotel and flights arrangements, google research, booking appointees or reservations, etc.
I have contact with catering companies in Europe because I work for a aviation company and we have to process orders with them, if this is a fixed price project I’ll charge $50 to send you the information, if it’s an hourly project, I’ll charge you $10 or hour.
