Creation of site - Need to take home page design & create the rest of the pages(repost)

This project is for the creation of a new site for a casino affiliate program. This project does not entail any "design" per se even though it is listed under web design. We have the design ready with a home page created. What we need from you? 1. We need you to take the existing design and redo the menus and navigation of the site to incorporate all the new pages we will create. 2. We will use inspiration from other sites on some pages. For example : [login to view URL] Now you will need to make screenshots of our pages and put them? on our version of that page? instead of theirs. 3. You will also be incorporating our design onto some existing ASPx pages. Basically, these ASPx & ASP pages are blank with just stats etc on them and you need to put our design on them. 4. Take a login form and insert it onto all pages. In the end, I believe this project entails the creation of between 10-15 pages and reworking of about 4 more and whatever else that may involve such as redoing the menus etc. The site will have a pre-login area with a different menu and a post login area with a slightly different menu. The pre-login and post-login area are hosted on separate servers. You will be given access? to both.
