I need the attached PDF file to be converted to a fillable form. If you do not have software to do this, you can do it at http://www.pdfescape.com. Then I need an ASP.NET web page written in VB.NET to take input from the user and fill out the form. Then send the completed form back to the user to download. Filling out the pdf programmatically could be done with this component here: [login to view URL] or if you have a better idea on how to fill a pdf form, I'm open to suggestions. There may be more work following this to fill out additional forms.
