Update a driver for Braille Display to expose events in VB

Someone made a driver for a Braille display (a usb electronic device which shows 40 characters of Braille which change through many little pins) which exposed all the events and properties we needed for VB 6. There's a new device which is wireless and connects through Bluetooth and we need to make a driver for that one as well. I have attached here the old driver project. I will send the documents with the protocols to possible coders. (The company says the protocols are confidential.) I will have to test the actual driver because I have the device by me. It worked out very well last time and the coder remoted into my machine for the final phase to get out a few bugs. I would like these drivers to work in VB.net too, but I don't know if that's easy, hard or automatic. Please read the project first and write the word "Understood".
