Vtiger customer info module

We would like a vtiger module created to record some information about the type of hardware a customer has. This information will need to relate with - account, contact, potential, lead. The actual information fields do not need to to work with any other vtiger fields - they are just data - except for a link back and forth with trouble tickets. In other words, hardware 'abc' belonging to account 'xyz' had a ticket raised for it and to see the list of tickets. This is for vtiger 5.2 - we are running the RC.
