Promtion in Froums and Entries in Web Directories

We're in need to add forum posting for one of our web hosting sites coupled with some additions to directories related to Canada and USA. Depending on progress and efficiency, we may allocate this as an angoing project. However, at present we need bids for first month. The First month work for which your bid is needed shall include:- ** Forum postings: 150 new topics, 350 replies. ** Web Directories: 10 additions to the Canadian /US directories in the related section. It is expected that you will post:- a. Quality forum postings on site specific topics. b. Use tricks in writing the posting, avoid writing it as a commercial ads, which usually will be deleted/banned by forum moderator very soon. c. Use different user name/email for each posting and replies thereof. d. The posting needs to be attractive to forum visitors, you may use some tricks for the writing e. Provide links for us to see the posting (user name / password as required to see these). f. Use the links of site being promoted in text of all the posts. g. Topics could be : Reseller Hosting, Shared Hosting, Dedicated Servers, Best Canadian Hosting, Reseller Services Ottawa, Shared hosting Canada, Dedicated hosting toronto and any mix of these/ related. h. You shall need to make text yourself after seeing pacakages / plans at our hosting site. We shall like to see somewhat even distribution to shared hosting and reseller hosting whie dedicated servers can have limited enteries, may be 5 to 10. Directories addition: i. Addition to the directories shall be manual, most shall be one way. Reciprocal can also be done (you can give us the link needed to be posted and it will be done on a links page. j. The directories must appear in first 15 on google or yahoo in hosting cum country related key words ie web hosting Canada, low cost dedicated servers Ottawa etc. k. We shall prefer to see the links added in the directories. Others: l. You shall need to keep us informed, so that where needed we can see the entries and where needed we can also add to it to make exercise more useful. m. We shall need a report at completion of project, ie not later than 25th, indicating requisite data to track and check entries. The report shall reflect the members / ranking of the forum / directory, number of post done in each (divided topic wise) and the number of views/ replies obtained etc. The efficiency in reporting shall allow us to satisfy our customer and also get satisfied our self. Which may mean rewarding the same to you on ongoing basis. We do work for our customers sites, a direct contact with our customer using an email address on the site shall be considered violation of this contract. We are flexible people and understand the work limitations and shall cooperate to the best. However, we work at low costs and shall expect a professional approach. Thanks
