I need somebody to hack together a website that searches an image database. The images are in 3-4 zip files on this website: [login to view URL] they are currently annotated with bounding box labels (coordinates for a rectangle). I need to be able to search for the label names and show the images with bounding boxes. the ui is very simple need search with autocomplete and autocomplete has all the labels when you click OK, all image results show on screen it would be great to have AND and OR searches for tags there many images - approximately 800k I will award to lowest bidder and best programmer. I don't have much preference for technology/language, but postgresql with python or node/angular would be a plus.
