Partnership Model: I do the Investment, I need your Services! We both Share the Revenue! I have a study abroad forum which is already Designed and Launched. The current stage is: The forum is design, is launched and up. The forum uses Vbulletin as the platform My competition forum has around 130-150 members at anytime at peak hours. The membership database is of 60k members. The forum targets Asian Countries ( India Specific) The Partnership offers revenue based partnership. The forum has two MAJOR vertical advertisement boxes on all pages ( Size of 2 box covers around 20-25% of page). I can plug in your adsense/Ad code on behalf of forum development for specified time as per partnership. Revenue: --Expected revenue from adsense from two boxes is expected to be $50-100/mo once the forum reaches peak. --25% commission on all external sponsor brought in by the partner. The terms of partnership are --Need forum posting services- 4000 posts approx --Forum Marketing ( Target only Yahoo/Orkut Groups, and Scrapping in Orkut) -- Bringing sponsorship for banner display, email marketing etc ( Study Abroad Consultants Banners, Courier servces, Airline Agents etc sponsorships-- You get 25% commission) Forum needs to be launched in July 09. Hence the first step in May-June would be Posting July-Onwards- Online Marketing. The more you market more your revenue as more clicks would be on your Ad Boxes.
