Dreamweaver BASIC

This is a SUPER SIMPLE website that needs to be designed for a final project that I am not finding the time to complete it. The requirements seem like a lot but it's fairly simple. It shouldn't take more than a couple hours to complete. I am in need of desperate help. This is meant to be a first time use of dreamweaver so she is not looking for anything fancy. I can do 20 an hour for up to 5 hours, or I can do a base price of 100. I am looking for someone to design and develop a professional quality website for a real or fictitious company, group or organization. It may also be a site for information exploration (disseminate information), or instructional (to teach or train). Personal web sites (this is my dog, my house, my favorite links, etc.) are not acceptable content. This is an intro website using Dream Weaver for the first time. Very Basic. You should use Dreamweaver. Remember,you may download a 30-day trial version from Adobe.com. Project Specifications Site must adhere to HTML 5 specifications. Home page should use metadata tags with description and keywords. Contains at least 10 pages. 50% of your pages use a 2 or 3 column layout formatted using CSS. A two column table layout is not acceptable. Make sure each page has an updated and appropriate title. All pages use a universal navigation bar. Use either a navigation bar with rollover buttons or spry navigation bar. The web site has a clear navigational path with appropriate and effective options for exploration. Uses non-linear navigation. Users can move freely through the site without having to page through from beginning to end, or rely on the back button or a "home" link to get to the main menu. No dead-end pages. Utilizes an external style sheet for all pages in website. Inline styles and internal stylesheets are permitted, but you must also use a global external stylesheet. Select ONE page from your site (preferably the index page) and optimize it for web display using media-queries. All links function appropriately. Contains at least one (1) of each of the following: Table Form that sends the data to [login to view URL]~ggustin/[login to view URL] (this is setup in the opening form tag) Graphic All graphics display properly. No animated GIFs of any kind are permitted. Graphics are sized and formatted for efficient download time. Graphics relate to the content and enhance the effectiveness of the content presentation without distracting from it. The web site style is coherent and well organized. The web site facilitates "scanning" for information. The text is free from typos, grammar and spelling mistakes, and other careless errors. Creative, visually appealing and effective interface design. Design is simple and consistent. Employs an effective use of color, type, graphics and multimedia elements.
