HTML Coding & Easy Graphic Design Partner for Ongoing Work

I own a small web design and hosting company. We recently have contracted with a single client to provide two separate but connected services. 1> To update a growing network of almost 100 websites for a low monthly rate per site. The owners of these websites send change requests to a single email address where the requests must me completed within 1 business day. These requests currently come at a fairly low rate with some days no requests at all. However, sometimes there are quite a few. 2> To create online ads inside of 2 separate Joomla based directory and coupon systems. The directory ad creation is in HTML with the coupon creation is graphic design. We are averaging 50 new ads/coupons per month. Quite often the hardest part of the job is getting the required information from the companies placing the ads. This requires excellent communication skills and persistent follow up. We are promising 5 business day turn around on ad creation. We are looking for a single technical service provider to handle both items. This will be an ongoing relationship that will require work to be performed every day. Capacity to handle the workload, commitment to meeting the turn around times, the technical skills to do a great job, and communication skills are the most important qualifications.
