Purpose 2 Prosperity

I need a highly skilled Wordpress web designer/coder to assist me in translating the attached design into a Wordpress landing page. The landing page already exists ([login to view URL]) but is not in the design format the client requires. I've drafted the attached new design and need someone to recreate it in Wordpress using the jpegs from the design and css/html. I will also need someone who can code pop-up boxes for each speaker so that their bio shows up when moused over. If you can also do some of the graphic design tweaks (items will change here and there over the next month based on what the client sends me), even better!
