Recreate sales page elements

I need someone to remake 100+ different sales page elements (like testimonial boxes, product boxes, order boxes) with submit buttons, bullet points icons and graphical, html borders. I will deliver screenshots of elements I like and you will need to recreate them in photoshop, make the graphics similar but a bit different. The whole job shouldn't take more than 20h. I need it done in 5 days.
