This project is to build a question and answer style website similar to stackoverflow.com. It will need to be built on .net MVC technology. There are some existing open source projects that do this, but they are based on joomla or other [login to view URL] based systems. These projects can be used as source for requirements for the .net version. The basic requirements are: -User account management with social login abilities - login with facebook or google etc. -Same basic questions/answers/rewards etc structure and look. -Theme can be inspired by an open source php based project I will provide. -Will require seo capabilities, such as friendly urls and content tagging using [login to view URL] -use .Net MVC 4 and Sql Server database (or a cloud-based database as an alternative) This project is for a first fully-functional release of the software, but it is expected that ongoing enhancements will be needed, so the development team should expect future projects to continue the evolution.
