Small Css tweaks and Responsive Design

This job is a repost due to not receiving relevant bids. Please have a look at this link - [login to view URL] I need the following things done - 1)I need someone to make a few small css tweaks to fix minor issues with the looks of this design - a) Make the right side bar look better - proper spacing between countries/cities and fonts etc. b)Make classifieds category headings look better - font/size/border etc. c)Remove css that is not needed for the sticky footer as well as fix the bug that shows footer in the middle of page in google's cache for the actual website.(link given here is not the actual site but an exact copy of the same script) d)Improve the display of ads listings e)Probably Highlight/Size up Ad Posting button. f)I need a search box (the search box is already there but it is currently hidden using settings in the config file)placed in a way that looks good/elegant on the home page and inner pages. Mostly these tweaks but anything left over which might be very minor. 2) Implement a responsive version of the design to work across mobiles phones to desktops and anything in between. I like something along the lines of olx and craigslist. 3)Lastly validate and clean up the css code( 1)move parts of css code that are currently implemented as internal styles (very few) to external style sheet so that everything is applicable through this external style sheet 2) remove css code that is not being used anymore 3) organize css code hierarchy ) It's good if you understand a bit of php to get the work done. Work will start today itself if i find a suitable person. Complete payment would be made once everything has been tested thoroughly. Please provide examples of your work including responsive design.
