This job is pay per performance. Money will be put in escrow and paid out only as the website reaches page one on [login to view URL] nz for at least two of the five key phrases. 1) Design a five page website 2) Get website to page one of the key phrases on [login to view URL] Key phrases are not that competitive so this is achievable. After page one is achieved a monthly payment will be made to keep the site a page one The site can be expanded and new key phrases can be brought to page one and then paid for monthly as well. No payment will be made - at all until the site achieves page one as agreed. Domain name will be provided, server space will be agreed and then provided.
