Wordpress theme and sample blog setup to replicate a website

I need a Wordpress(ish) theme and sample blog setup to replicate similarly the layout design on [login to view URL] Could be done in other leading open source platforms such as Drupal and Joomla. (1) Top images swap with each sub menu as selected. a. No need to mouse over image on logo, but is a nice feature, but don’t worry to much about it. b. Require administration from back end of Wordpress blog for determining which images to place at top of page. (2) The Wordpress theme would have to allow widgets and customizable top level navigation (to add pages or categories). a. [Work] Need to allow for gallery view of photos as displayed. With multiple subsections. OK to use more updated Ajax type photo view plug-in. I’m not interested in an exact replication. Something similar is fine. i. Need functionality of listing many product in small images and then showing a bigger photo when clicked. ii. Need functionality on backend to search/scan a directory for images listed and sub menu based on sub directory names. b. [Shop] Need to allow for a common Wordpress shopping cart plug-in such as YAK shopping cart. i. Color scheme is not needed want white and black color scheme. c. [Press] Allow for picture as represented with width 3x wide then scroll down to next row of 3x. i. Add date stamp on each item. ii. Sort based on newest date first. iii. Back-end upload of features content text and images. d. [About] Allow for sub-menu items. i. Allow for adding new text split to right and single image on left. e. [In Use] Allow for sub-menu items. i. Need functionality of listing many product in small images and then showing a bigger photo when clicked. ii. Need functionality to add text of item, location of image and an additional paragraph of text for each image displayed. iv. Could be a simple blog type listing function of image, title and text sorted by most recent and adding of category tags for sub menus. v. Allow for adding new text split to right and multiple images on left, with pop up large display of image when clicked. 1. Idea is to display one sub-section for text about wholesale information and a submit information form including: a. Contact name, address line 1, address line 2, postal code, country, phone, and email and text box for other information. b. Other sub-menu items display product much like the [Work] section above. Could be a simple blog type listing function of title and text sorted by most recent. ii. Providing text date place spaces. Seems like a simple standard blog posting (3) Footer: Include website main link, name, and contact information. Can be a standard link type footer section.
