Website Design + logo

I am after a website template and logo for my new Smoolah ([login to view URL]) website. I am in the process of coding the website but I need a template - website design is not my strongest area. It is going to be a student discount site which will require users to register to view the discounts. You will be free to choose the colour scheme, but as a note warm colours would be nice. Requirements: * The design must allow room for adverts - sizes can be discussed at a later date. * The design must feature 2 navigation bars - one for site navigation and another for category navigation * The CSS must cover headers h1 - h3 and p tags * Room for featured offers * Room for hot offers The design must be clean XHTML and CSS and must not use tables - a table based design would be rejected!!! Obviously your logo design will also need to fit in with the design and be able to be printed onto paper so that I can send out professional letters when required. Deliverables: * Logo (Must be included in your bid price) * Site XHTML (clean and understandable - I need to be able to map this to my PHP code) * Site CSS (clean and understandable - I need to be able to edit if required, so comments would be nice :) ) Payment: For speed and efficiency I pay by escrow only as it's the only way I know I can pay without problems.
