Mobile APP with backend website with CMS system

We are in need of TOP-NOTCH designers and developers for mobile APP with back-end supporting website. This is a VERY SERIOUS and intense project and I'm looking for qualified freelance teams only! Mobile App: iPhone, iPad, and Android. This will be a free app that is designed for a specific industry. Details will be given in full in private message for qualified freelancers. The basic features will include audio and video streaming, youtube embedding, posts/blogs, events, basic organization info, searching capabilities, geo-location searching, logo uploading capabilities, user posting/fan walls, app wall, facebook/twitter signin, push notifications, newsletter sign-ups, notes, other functions. This app needs to be incredibly high-end and extremely user friendly. The graphics and design need to be sharp, fresh and modern. The app upon downloaded by users will need to prompt user to find organization through several manners; i.e. geo-location, categories, and other search options. Once user finds particular organization a default location will be prompted. Multiple locations should be available to save, similarly to weather applications. Back-end CMS: All of the features indicated will be available to change and updated by subscribers from a CMS system on the website. These features can be selected and updated in real time and feed to the corresponding organization on the apps. The subscribers will be able to upload audio and video files, or link to youtube videos for proper integration on the app. If users are viewing the particular organization they will see the corresponding info that the subscriber has added. The subscribers will have various options and features based on the subscription level they are subscribed to. Ideally I would also like to have some basic counter information for subscribers so they can track the number of user views. The CMS should be clean, professional, and incredibly user friendly as the subscriber base and administrators may not be very technically inclined. Website: The website will be primarily geared towards subscribers, but also have information and content for users. However, the primary purpose for the website is to attract subscribers. The site will feature and showcase the apps, the app functionality, the benefit of the app, and some sort of video touring the app. There will need to be a strong appeal and easy progression to sign up as a subscriber. There will be multiple subscription tiers in which can be purchased immediately via credit cards and paypal. There needs to be a super administrator setup to manage all accounts, changes, credit card information, and subscription levels. There also needs to be options available to accommodate manually creating accounts and emailing temporary information to subscribers via initiated by direct sales. The site should be top-notch and very clean, modern, and professional. I have a 60 day time frame for project start to completion.
