rebuild [login to view URL] to work with all browsers. Clean up of design. Currently hosted at bluehost.com. A payment page linked to paypal.com. would like for a client to be able to go to the website, pick a username and password, make the payment, with a successful payment the system would create the email address. Needs to have a webmail log in. Page need to work like [login to view URL] but charges 10$ per year for the e-mail. Have windows 2003 servers if software needs to be installed. Would like not to use widows 2003 iss. Instead software that is stand alone to the OS
