Complete Web design

I have had a web company working on my site for 7 months now (initially told 2) and majorily dissappointed and been over promised. I feel they are nowhere near completing my business is seasonal and i need it finishing. They tell me the site is 90% complete and most of the backend work is complete but im not so sure. Anyhow im looking for a dedicated programmer/designer who can help fix this problem The company have given me all of the files, im going to cut my losses and start a fresh I am looking for I need someone who can take on this project, assist moving my site, investigate what the company have/haven't done and proceed from there I have the design brief and hoping we can work to it Add various API / affiliate codes to the site Once we have done this looking for someone who can help progress further I need someone with experience, someone creative who can suggest innovative things for my site My website is based around Ibiza so someone with an understanding of the island Needs to be SEO and Social media friendly
