Magento Expert Needed - Build a New Bridal/Wedding Site

This project is only for Magento experts who previously worked on and completed e-commerce sites using Magento open source platform. Those who do not have experience - please do not bid on this project. And for those with expertise and experience, along with your bid, please send me e-commerce sites or sites that you created using Magento open source. As to what I need... here we go: 1) I need an e-commerce site created with some add on features like this site [login to view URL] for a brand new bridal/wedding/party favors site. 2) I would like the homepage more like this: [login to view URL] unlike the site on #1, it is automated. 3) I like the design to look very professional. 4) Similar to [login to view URL], I would like to have the following as additional pages on top: a) Shopping (that is where e-commerce will go) b) Resources (more like directory type where companies can add their company infos) c) Videos d) Magazine e) Events (where people can add events) f) Photo Gallery (where we can add featured wedding or party photos) g) Built-in Chat Box h) On Sale (where companies can add what's on sale to their site) i) Celebrity Weddings (more like article with images or blog) 5) There will be a registration area for both users/customers and companies who wants to add something 6) There will be some areas on the right side to put sponsor's banners 7) Phone number, URL, About Us, Advertising, Contact Us, RSS, Bookmark Us, SiteMap 8) Please leave a room for us to customize each of the main menu/category page the meta tags. This is all I can think for now. More or less the idea is there. I want this done within 30 days - let me know if that is possible. For payment, whatever the agreed price is, the release of payment will be tiered so as both of us are covered. Everytime you finish 25% of the work, 25% of the payment will be released as well. Payment is via GAF Escrow. The first 25% will be deposited to GAF escrow and will be released when the first 25% is done and approved and so on and so forth. The lowest quote might win. Good luck!
