Magento webshop with userlevel

Magento webshop with multilanguage, multi curency, all this should be build in, and the thing i need to be made is a userlevel. I need to be abble to add a emploee and restict the person to only be abble to add items on the website, but the items he adds must be edited by admin before admin aproves the item and it is going online. The emploee must be abble to add: Name, colour, brand, size, etc etc, new field is: buying price Info about the supplyier. description so it means it is like the standart add item site but the emploee is resticted to only add items, but the items is not added to the online shop before admin edit and or aprove it.
