Online Store for T-Shirts and Pillows

Hello, I am looking to hire someone within the next three months to build an online store. The store will be used to sell custom t-shirts, pillows, etc. To give you an idea of what I am looking for, you can reference [login to view URL] I will need a site that can allow users to upload their pictures to be used on their custom t-shirt or pillow, or they can use one via their webcam. When creating their custom item, there will need to be an area where they can crop their photo to the show the exact way they want their item to look. With the pillows, there will be about 5-10 different options the customer will need to choose from (shape of pillow, fabric, etc.). There will also be a section of premade t-shirts (just like a regular online store), as well as an upload section for custom t-shirts and other items (mousepads, mugs, etc.). The site needs to have a "hip", "cool", and "young" vibe to it. It needs to look fresh and have a funky feel to it, all while looking professional.
