PHPList: Email Template and Landing Page

Hello, We need a email template for our newsletter (which is through PHPList). We also need to have the landing pages changed, for example when you put in your email address another weird page comes up like this: [login to view URL];emailconfirm=[login to view URL]%40gmail.com&email=[login to view URL]%40gmail.com&x=33&y=11 And we want our own unique page, rather than a different looking template. We need someone ASAP, so if you can finish quick, we would be more than happy.
