hi. i don't have much experience with Flask, but i did a simple project on it to try the framework. Used cookiecutter boilerplate, added migrations, controllers/views, etc. I have 5 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC and 2 with django, so i'm not new to development, i just don't have much experience with Flask I think i will be able to do your project

I have few more ideas for the UI such as searchin g app name alphabetically or display all apps for given hostname. I have questions regarding functionality expected for other buttons the page such as "Contact", "Security". How big would this functionality be? What are the exit criteria to accept delivery for this project?

1. Domain is simple and straightforward, would be easy to model 2. RESTful UI will be secured by OAuth. not everyone can upload application data. 3. Web app is also secured by OAuth, will talk to RESTful API. so UI can be replaced, or other apps can be built on top of the API.
