Build a Website

We require a developer to build an ASP site that: - reads excel spreadsheets and collects the roster for a given day - displays the roster for the day in a dashboard, grouped by assigned work area, including pictures and information about each staff member such as their skill level - only staff members currently on shift should be displayed (ie, if it is 1pm, staff who do not start until 2pm or 10pm should not be shown, and staff who have finished their shift at 12pm should also not be shown). - the dashboard must provide the ability to mark a staff member as sick and highlight them in red - the dashboard must provide the ability to change a staff members assigned work area and for this to persist - design must be responsive to suit display on portable devices and large format screens. The solution should be very similar to the product [login to view URL] (a short video is provided on this website). Example of the roster spreadsheet are attached. Each different shift has an alphanumeric code E1, E10, D7 etc, which provides the times of the shift. The solution must be built in CLASSIC ASP to enable our support staff to manage any issues. Staff member data (pager or DECT number, work area assignment, skill information, photo) and the shift codes (E1, D7 etc) should be contained in an access database.
