E-commerce Website Creation Needed

I'm in need of an experienced web developer to design an e-commerce website for my business. I haven't decided on a specific platform yet, so I would appreciate it if you have versatility in working with various platforms, such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento etc. - Main Tasks: * Design and build an e-commerce site * Ensure it is both desktop and mobile-friendly * Implement a secure payment system I'm looking to have it completed within 2-3 weeks, so working with someone who can stick to a schedule and deliver promptly is ideal. - Required Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in developing e-commerce websites * Familiarity with multiple e-commerce platforms The requirements for the website are as follows I want to be selling 2 types of products, 1. Digital Workshop Classes 2. Physical Artwork Digital Workshop Classes: There are many types of workshops a customer can purchase, once a customer buys them, they will have it forever. There should also be a group package For the Workshop videos, there should be 2 buttons - Payment Button - Create Account Customers should be able to view a short preview of the workshops before they buy it. They should also have options for the packages, a 3 workshop package, a 7 workshop package. etc The preview of the video can be seen by anyone, but only customers who have registered can view the full video. I want to be able to stop people from downloading the videos. During workshop classes, the tutor will be explaining and will draw something. There should be a download button besides the specific video enabling customers who have purchased the video to download the documents from the tutor. There should also be a feature for live streaming. The Admin of the page should be able to have a user friendly dashboard, they should also be able to change prices, add new workshop classes and artwork easily. Workshop videos will need to be 40-60 minutes each. Workshop Packages will included 4-10 videos each of 40-60 minutes. Physical Artwork: For the Artwork, there should be 3 options when purchasing 1. Original Piece(only 1 available) 2. Hard Copy (with a limited number of copies which reduce after each purchase) 3. Soft Copy The ability to view the images of the products by zooming in and looking at details The website will be based in Kuwait, hence English and Arabic are the 2 languages needed Payments will be via Apple Pay, Google Pay, debit/credit cards, KNET and PayPal. Prices will be in KWD and USD The website will be focused on all GCC countries for now. Delivery in Kuwait will be 10 days Delivery in the rest of the GCC counties will be 15 days - 30 days I need the website completed within 2-3 weeks I am open to hearing any suggestions or recommendations you might have to make the project run more smoothly.
