So I came up with the idea of a website that hosts online dates. Someone could buy a 'date package' that varies according to what they want to offer. One package could be the basic package that gives the couple dinner and a movie with a special e-vite in their email. The Mid-level could have music with dinner and a special e-card. The upper level could include flowers by partnering up with an online flower company. The couple or the one purchasing the date rather, would be able to choose from a menu of items of what they want for dinner, the music if applicable, and the card/flowers if applicable.
The couple would each get an e-ticket inviting them to the date which would only be available for like a 4 hour time block (to account for slower connections?). They would go to dinner first and the screen for dinner would have a chat option at the bottom of the screen. The dinner could even be interactive where the waiter does come then to offer the menu of what items to eat, a lady passing by to 'sell' a rose to the lady (which could also be incorporated in the packages-- 'e-money'; the packages could come with a set amount of e-money and offer the patron to pruchase more e-money before the date if they want-- something as reasonable as $1 more for an extra $5 e-money). When they are ready for their movie, they could go to the door and enter the theatre. They would have the option to buy popcorn, drinks, and candy before going into the room. The final screen would have the date end with the option of a handshake or a kiss, lol.
I thought this idea would be great for corporate people and military people who are away for special occassions such as birthdays and anniversaries.
