existing website redesign

I want to redesign my website to look like a professional designed page. All the content will remain the same but the graphics navigation and fonts to be upgraded. I prefer a simple clean yet slick looking interface. Something like [login to view URL] main page but customized to fit my content. I cant specify every little detail here. We can discuss the elements as we go along. I don't mind making extra payments if we go over budget.
