find web designer

This is an easy project for someone who knows what they are doing. I'm looking for a web designer proficient in html to make some slight editing adjustments to a site and link up an opt-in box with the aweber auto-responder service. It is fairly basic and should require less than 1 hour of work. I am looking for someone who can be sent simple tasks like this and creating new sites from time to time.
