Joomla web site design with 'actinic'

Hi I need a full website constructed to sell embroidered badges Apart from the normal website requirements it will need to be able to download approx 4 simple files and the ability to upload customer logos and badge design requirements The site is to be integrated with Actinic ecommerce - so experience with actinic is an absolute requirement The site will also have a large sample portfolio, probably 7/8 pages with thumbnail images and text(linked to larger photos) The site is to be constructed using joomla
