Organization Bulletin Board - 2

This is a app/site that will list events by posting the flyers for the event as the only graphic for the event AND that the events/announcements can be filtered or sorted by Date of the event, Name of the Chapter/Lodge/House hosting the event, District that the event is taking place in, and the app should allow for subscribers who want to post an event to purchase a premium position and have their event show up at the top of the listings. There will be two “parent” organizations that will always have their events listed at the top of the app. Entities who want to post will have to pay a nominal fee to post an event/announcement, and they can subscribe for 1 month, 3 months or 6 months. Viewers do NOT have to pay to see the listing, and they should be able to subscribe to get email announcements or some sort of notification regarding the types of events they want to get notified about (e.g., events taking place in a certain District, events taking place during a certain time frame, events hosted by a certain entity like a Chapter or a Lodge or other House). Entities who want to post should also have the ability to provide up to 2 URL links with their posting. Need someone with the ability to design a bulletin board type of app or website that can be easily managed on the back end using an intuitive CMS. Deadline: 15 days or less
