SEO and Website design.

I need someone to optimize content and keywords ( SEO )for a second website I am developing . Our company buys sells and rents heavy equipment . We have offices in Humble TX and ALbequerque NM. Intially the site will advertise special discounted heavy equipment machines that we are selling below dealer costs. It will create sales it will bring rental clients . Task 2 make our site rank high for anyone who was googling to purchase or rent a piece of sany equipment. They need to find our site first and foremost. Task 3 optimize a secondary page of the ocart website that will be advertizing that we are the #1 dealer for terex parts and sevice in the houston area. I need keyword search data and the ones that are searched the most our site neeeds to be pulled up. Optimize a third page of my ocart website which will list our rental services . Drive traffic for people who are interested in renting heavy equipment in Houston and NM. Do well on this and you could end up with a contract to service this site annually for 4,000 dollars or more . If this sites sells a 100k machine brings in a new customer you will recieve a bonus .
