set up woocommerce site

Looking to have a store developed on woocommerce with similar front-page as this mockup: [login to view URL] Does not have to be exactly like mockup, but maintain general features such as horizontal menu, slider& category banners. There would be about 15 main categories, and some of the products have about 5-8 color options and sizes. We would need about 5-7 product filter criteria as well, on the shopping page. There are three price points for shipping, depending on local distance. Stripe would be the payment of preference. 2 languages: english/french We need one category mainly to be set up, which includes about 80 product items. The rest will be done later.
