Small website for church

We are looking for a six to eight page website for a church to welcome new members who might be interested in attending chruch. It basically gives information on the church and lets potentiall visitors know about the church BEFORE they attend so they can be comfortable. The site plan is done, we will supply psds of the page layout and copy as well as all photos needed...however, if you have creative input, we will work with you. We would like the end product to be either an html or flash/html hybrid, though the text areas must remain editable. Promise prompt feedback and payment. Need to have launched in the next ten days or so, but we have everything ready to go and it is not a very complex site.
