I am looking for an opportunity website for an industry that I know very well. Concept being that a free service is offered to clients looking to tout upcoming projects to a wider audience (to create a more competitive market), then the website sells access to opportunities to service providers. I have access to a large number of opportunities and client contacts to get the ball moving, I simply do not have the skillsets to create the website. Ideally I would prefer for this to be written in ASP.net and with My SQL back end as I am slightly more familiar with these technologies. However, if a simple admin CMS is used so that I can manage the flow of opportunities then it wont matter too much what language the website is written in. I have uploaded a flow chart to depict how I see the website working, and would supply more information, such as fields to capture / search/filter on should a suitable offer to work be made.
